Tik Tok Earth Program

Environmental issues are not alien to Malaysians these days. Many individuals, organizations and bodies give these issues serious regard. However, more often than not, what is preached is rarely practised. Tik Tok Earth seeks to address this shortcoming.
Tik Tok Earth is a group effort of a number of teenagers who have taken it upon themselves to express their love and concern for Mother Earth and the increasingly polluted environment, artistically. Using music and visual arts as mediums of expression, this non-profit project emphasizes the importance of preserving nature and strives to educate the public on saving the environment from further destruction.
Tik Tok Earth, as the name suggests, reminds us that time is running out and the will to change irresponsibility and apathy must be planted in every individual before it is too late.
Expecting a positive response from Malaysians from all walks of life, this weeklong program focuses on green and global environmental issues. We have lined up some exciting programmes which would generate an enriching interactive and educational experience for visitors.
The main objective of this project is to educate our community, especially the younger generation with information, knowledge and skills relating to environmental protection in simple and creative ways, besides allowing them to put to use their newly- acquired knowledge of reusing waste materials.
Initiated by Kenry, the project is supported by four other volunteers, Ilyana, Sharmila, Christopher and Mona KV.

music performance (solo, group, songwriters, band)
dance movement (any choreography related to green)
short play (topic related to green, 10 - 15 mins possible)
short film (you can send your own video work)
volunteers during the week of the project

This project is totally non-profit project and it is all started with volunteering our energy and effort to make it work. We are gathering as much people from the visual circle and music circle to participate this project with visual artworks, music performances, or maybe even choreography movement.
Anything is possible to create and no boundaries in expressing your point of view. Please do check our program below here and put yourself in our program!! : )
